Job summary

EML Payments is a global payments tech company seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant to own the client onboarding experience from discovery to delivery. You’ll translate complex technical concepts into simple solutions and build trusted partnerships with clients across product, development, risk and legal teams.

You will lead discovery, design, demos and post-implementation reviews, shaping how we deliver excellence at scale and ensuring regulatory and security compliance throughout delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding and ability to translate client requirements into technical solutions.
• Proven experience in project management and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to own projects from discovery through delivery and post-implementation review.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for EML’s payment products and API-first platform.
• Lead client discovery sessions and document detailed program specifications.
• Present solutions, run demos, and facilitate technical discussions with clients.
• Own project plans, timelines and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and drive continuous improvement.
