Job summary

Diversified Communications Australia in Sydney is seeking a driven Client Manager for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover. You will support revenue growth by building strong relationships with exhibitors, sponsors and industry leaders, and helping them maximise our events.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll manage accounts across exhibition space, sponsorship and digital, renew existing customers and uncover new opportunities while collaborating with Product, Marketing and Operations

Qualifications

Background in sales, business development, account management or another customer-facing role.
Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills and a consultative approach.
Willingness to work shows, travel and engage with multiple accounts and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Manage a defined portfolio across exhibition space, sponsorship and digital.
Build strong relationships with exhibitors, sponsors and industry leaders; drive renewals.
Identify new business opportunities and tailor solutions with product, marketing and operations teams.
Attend shows, gather feedback and initiate conversations for next year.
