The role offers flexible hours, up to 2 days work from home, and a tiered bonus structure based on productivity, with a salary package up to $130k plus super.

• Provide tax planning and advisory services.
• Guide junior team members and support workflows.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of SME clients across a range of industries.
• Review and prepare financial statements, tax returns and BAS.
• Provide tax planning, business structuring and advisory services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify opportunities to improve clients' tax positions and business outcomes.
• Review work completed by junior accountants and provide guidance and support.
• Assist with workflow management and ensure deadlines are met.
