The ideal candidate will have experience managing mining equipment repair, shutdowns or maintenance projects, with strong communication and commercial awareness to drive project success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with mining and industrial clients.
• Oversee major crusher and heavy mobile equipment repair projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate workshop, machining, fabrication and field service activities.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets and deliverables.
• Lead client meetings, project reviews and progress reporting.
• Prepare quotations, variations and project documentation.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure safe and efficient execution.
• Identify opportunities for additional works and business growth.
• Manage project risks and resolve technical or commercial issues.
