Job summary

Kmstechnology1 is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery of a client migration and platform upgrade in Sydney. The role sits within the client's team and requires strong client-facing communication, technical fluency, and the ability to manage delivery under pressure.

Qualifications

• Proven Delivery Manager experience in enterprise SaaS or platform environments.
• Strong client-facing communication and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (QA, Eng, product) across multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client migration and platform upgrade delivery.
• Lead environment cloning, platform upgrade, validation and production cutover.
• Coordinate with QA and Engineering to ensure parity and data integrity.
• Manage waves and batches with defined entry/exit criteria.
• Plan production cutovers with readiness checks and rollback planning.
• Maintain proactive client communications and manage expectations.
