SCS Group is seeking a Permanent Part-Time Cleaning Team Member for a prestigious 5-star property in Mornington, VIC. This client-facing role requires prior commercial cleaning experience and a professional presentation, with shifts including morning and afternoon slots.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning experience is essential, preferably in hotels, premium facilities or 5-star environments.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• A professional, friendly and client-focused approach.
• Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic.
• The ability to provide a National Police Clearance upon request.
• Valid working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality cleaning services and maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the property.
• Complete cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Interact professionally and courteously with clients, guests and site representatives, providing a positive customer experience.
• Follow established cleaning procedures, workplace health and safety requirements, and site-specific protocols.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and management regarding cleaning requirements, operational matters or any issues identified on site.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies appropriately and ensure work areas are kept clean, safe and orderly.
• Work independently and collaboratively with the cleaning team to meet service expectations and maintain consistent standards.
