Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Client Manager, Client Services, Financial Planning Administration or similar financial services role.
• Strong client service and relationship management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with clients and deliver exceptional service and care.
• Manage the implementation of financial advice recommendations and ensure a seamless client experience.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients with proactive communication and regular progress updates.
• Work closely with Advisers, product providers, insurers, and superannuation funds to achieve accurate outcomes.
• Prepare and manage client documentation with focus on quality and accuracy.
• Coordinate client reviews and ongoing service requirements to meet commitments on time.
• Support clients with policy administration, insurance claims, and general enquiries empathetically.
• Maintain accurate client records in line with compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and the overall client experience.
• Take ownership of client matters and follow through to resolution.
