The Garden is looking for an Account Executive to join our Client Experience team.
This is an entry-level agency role for someone with around 6–18 months' marketing experience who is organised, confident, curious and keen to learn how great client relationships and great marketing work come together.
You might already be working in an agency and looking for broader exposure, or you may be client-side in a marketing role and ready to make the move into agency life. Either way, you'll get exposure to clients, projects and specialists across performance marketing, creative, content, strategy and technology, while learning from an experienced Client Experience team.
You'll work alongside our Client Managers, Senior Client Managers and Client Partners to help keep client projects moving, communication clear and great work getting out the door.
You'll:
You don't need to know everything yet. We're much more interested in your attitude, potential and willingness to learn.
This isn't intended to be an Account Executive role forever.
Our Client Experience career pathway is:
You'll start by learning the foundations of great project management and client service. As you develop, you'll take on greater responsibility for meetings, projects, strategy and eventually your own client relationships. We like people who are hungry to grow, and internal progression has always been an important part of the Account Executive role.
For 15 years, we've worked with brands navigating high-consideration customer journeys. Today, our teams bring together strategy, creative, media and technology to help clients move faster and make smarter marketing decisions. For someone early in their career, that means exposure.
You’ll have the opportunity to learn from people across different disciplines, work across a broad mix of clients and see what happens from the moment a client has an idea through to strategy, execution, optimisation and results. We value people who are curious, take ownership, share what they know and are willing to keep learning.
And because learning happens faster when you’re around the people you’re learning from, this role works four days a week from our Collingwood office, with one day working remotely.
Good.
We believe strong teams come from different perspectives, experiences and ways of thinking. If you have the attitude and potential we’re looking for but don’t tick every box above, we’d still like to hear from you.
