Client Engagement Co-Ordinator (Admissions Officer, Aged Care)

Your warm, understanding, and professional nature will be instrumental in supporting the individual journey and smooth transition into Aged Care. We are seeking a Client Engagement Co-Ordinator with demonstrated experience in the aged care sector. Based at our Support Office in Hawthorn there will be opportunities to travel to our metropolitan VIC homes to provide expertise and guidance as required.

In this role you will:

  • Respond to promptly and engage with resident enquiries by phone and/or email. Enter enquiry contact and related information and request into the CRM system
  • Identify the resident's needs or request and gather necessary information to direct enquiries efficiently. Document all interactions in the CRM and actively take steps to resolve enquiries.
  • Escalate complex enquiries to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Ensure all enquiries are actioned in a timely manner and according to approved customer service targets.
  • Actively contribute to process improvements and customer service strategies.
  • Schedule tours with prospective residents and family members and collaborating with our Client Services Managers, including following up with tour participants to assess customer service satisfaction.
  • Provide financial billing, Services Australia information and Resident Agreement overviews

  • Prior experience in Aged Care admissions

  • Current Driver’s Licence
