• Strong commercial judgement and experience navigating panels, alliances and long-term programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder, influencing and communication skills with inclusive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead client strategy and account plans for major Sydney water clients.
• Build and sustain senior client relationships; act as trusted advisor.
• Identify opportunities early and oversee high-quality bids.
• Drive delivery excellence and client satisfaction with project leaders.
• Manage commercial performance: pricing, contracts, governance, forecasts.
• Champion safety, quality, sustainability, and social outcomes.
• Develop and coach a high-performing client team; promote inclusion.
• Represent the organisation at industry forums; stay close to market, regulatory and technology trends.
