Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the operational and financial performance for a portfolio of clients. You will drive delivery excellence and ITIL-aligned processes while collaborating with CP/Sales to grow the revenue stream.

You will lead cross-functional teams, forecast projects, manage budgets and change requests, and maintain high client satisfaction by delivering against SLAs and continuous improvement initiatives across offshore and onshore teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in managed services with offshore teams.
• 5–7 years of experience in the ERP space (HCM, Finance, or Payroll).
• ITIL Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Forecast projects appropriately.
• Define best practices in delivery, including templates, work plans, methodologies.
• Lead client meetings or facilitated strategy sessions, analyze processes, and recommend improvements.
• Drive team and individuals to achieve high client satisfaction levels.
• Project management: scheduling resources, managing budgets/actuals, and approving change requests.
• Monitor, control and support service delivery; ensuring processes are followed.
• Responsible for revenue pull through for portfolio of assigned clients.
• Maintain high client satisfaction with services against SLAs.
