Job summary

Mylestones in Hervey Bay is seeking a Client Coordinator to support a team of employment services staff guiding clients from intake to employment and eventual exit from programs.

You will assist with individualised employment preparation, job search, marketing, and placement of people with disability into sustainable long-term work. This full-time role is based in Hervey Bay and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• A valid C class driving licence.
• Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check (we can help you get these).

Responsibilities

• Coordinating employment services staff to achieve appropriate outcomes for a caseload of individual clients in Open Employment.
• Working with the Marketing Officer to develop, document, and implement high quality marketing strategies.
• Promoting and organising job placement for participants in collaboration with the Marketing Officer.
• Working with other employment service staff, employers, and participants by providing support to maximise integration, development, and achievement of goals set out in job plans.

What would I be doing?

As a client coordinator you will support a team of employment services staff that assist a client's journey from intake to employment/program exit. You will also be supporting staff perform individualised employment preparation, job search, marketing, and placement of people with disability to sustainable long-term employment.

Your Day-to-day Responsibilities May Include
