Job summary

TELUS Health is seeking a Client Care Representative to join our dynamic Contact Centre team in a full-time, hybrid role. You will be the first point of contact for clients seeking support across our EAP and wellness services, reporting to the Contact Centre Lead.

This role focuses on delivering exceptional service and accurate record-keeping while upholding TELUS Health standards. You will work across multiple systems to manage inquiries, provide timely responses, and support a range of health

Qualifications

• Experience in contact centre or customer service environments.
• Ability to use multiple systems and maintain accurate records.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle service requests for appointments and client inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain knowledge of TELUS Health services including EAP, Triage, Management Consultation, and Critical Incident support.
• Use multiple systems proficiently to manage client interactions and record-keeping.
• Follow TELUS Health and National Contact Centre procedures with high QA compliance.
• Complete allocated tasks and projects within required timeframes while upholding quality.
• Represent TELUS Health values in all client interactions.
