WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
  • Communicate with customers regarding clearance requirements and resolve discrepancies to ensure successful shipment clearance
  • Work with customers to gather necessary shipment information and documents when existing data is insufficient
  • Ensure shipment records meet regulatory standards by validating and correcting data elements
  • Coordinate and facilitate shipment inspections as needed
  • Maintain timely contact with customers through various communication channels, assisting with both pre- and post-clearance issues
  • This role consists of approximately 80% document handling and 20% manual handling
  • This is a permanent full-time position, requiring 38 hours per week from Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
  • Please note this role is based SYD
