Job summary

Woolworths Group is seeking team members for Proactive Services to keep stores clean and trolley bays in pristine condition. You will work alongside teammates to sweep floors, clean walls, bathrooms and trolley areas, while collecting trolleys from car parks.

In this role you’ll assist customers, answer questions, and adapt to shifts starting early mornings or evenings. Full training on equipment is provided, with opportunities to grow within the Woolworths Group.

Qualifications

• Physical fitness is essential for this role and involves standing for long periods and lifting up to 10 kg.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5-10kgs.
• Flexibility to work across varying shifts and environments.

Responsibilities

• Sweep the shop floor, clean walls, bathrooms, trolley bays and team room.
• Collect trolleys from car park and surrounding areas.
• Assist customers by answering questions or providing directions.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment with full training.
