Job summary

Woolworths Group is hiring for a role in our Proactive Services team. You will help keep stores clean and trolleys available, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers and colleagues. A strong emphasis on teamwork, safety, and service runs through every shift.

Ideal candidates are physically fit, able to stand long hours, and flexible to work across Monday to Sunday, with early or late shift options. Training will be provided to operate a range of cleaning equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 5-10 kg.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Flexible to work across different areas (shop floor, fridges, carparks).

Responsibilities

• Sweep shop floor and clean walls, bathrooms, trolley bays and team room.
• Collect trolleys from car park and surrounding areas.
• Work across departments to meet cleaning needs and assist customers with directions.
