Job summary

Mishal & Co in Melbourne is seeking 2-3 experienced Cleaning Technicians for casual, immediate-start roles across residential, commercial and vacate cleaning. You'll join a growing team delivering high-quality cleaning to our clients with flexible hours up to ~30 per week as workloads grow.

• Previous professional cleaning experience or willingness to learn.
• Current Victorian Working with Children Check.
• Current Construction Induction White Card.
• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent reliability, punctuality and time management.
• Professional communication and presentation.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of cleaning work safely.
• Willingness to travel between job locations across Melbourne.

Responsibilities

About the role

This is a casual position offering flexible, varying hours, with the potential to increase to approximately 30 hours per week as work grows.

You’ll work across residential, commercial and vacant properties, delivering professional cleaning services to Mishal & Co's quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:
