Job summary

Quayclean is recruiting a Full-time Team Leader to support cleaning operations at Catherine McAuley Catholic College in Medowie. The role runs Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm, providing hands-on leadership to our cleaning teams within school environments.

You will oversee quality, safety, rostering, and client service to ensure high presentation and efficient service delivery across the college sites. Eligibility to work in Australia and current Police/Working with Children checks are required.

• Experience in cleaning supervision or similar leadership roles.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.
• Commitment to safety, high personal presentation, and eligibility to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support cleaning team members across assigned sites.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure safety and compliance.
• Assist with task allocation, inductions, and on-the-job coaching.
• Provide clear communication between sites and management.
• Support rostering, attendance checks, and workflow coordination.

About the Role

We are recruiting a Full-time Team Leader to support cleaning operations at Catherine McAuley Catholic College.

This role involves Monday to Friday 2pm to 10pm shifts, providing leadership and hands‑on support to our cleaning teams operating within school and learning environments.

You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, supporting team members, and ensuring safe, efficient service delivery in Medowie.
