Job summary

Trident Services Australia is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to join the Brisbane Airport aviation cleaning team. You will supervise daily cleaning operations across the airport precinct, ensuring high standards of safety and customer service while coordinating a small team.

This Full Time role offers day, night and overnight shifts, a supportive environment, and opportunities to learn and grow within our Australian-owned company.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year's supervisory experience.
• Ability to pass Criminal History Check, Drug and Alcohol Screening, and Medical Assessments.
• Ability to obtain an ASIC (Criminal History Clearance).
• Maintain WHS compliance and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness throughout airport facilities and amenities.
• Coordinate daily cleaning duties and provide team support.
• Monitor cleaning quality and report issues to management.

About the Role

As an aviation cleaning Supervisor at Brisbane Airport, you’ll play a vital role in creating safe, clean, and memorable travel experiences for passengers and visitors. Your responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness throughout the airport, ensuring the environment is always welcoming.

About you

• Minimum one year's supervisory experience
• Reliable, proactive, and physically fit
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Coordinate daily cleaning duties and team support
• Perform general site cleaning: amenities, food court, car parks, bins (as required)
• Monitor cleaning quality and report issues to management
• Assist with roster adjustments and task allocation
• Report hazards and incidents
• Maintain WHS compliance and professional communication
