Home and Community Care is seeking casual Home and Community Care Workers in South Plympton SA to provide personal care, domestic assistance, meal preparation, and transportation to clients in their own homes and communities.

You will work closely with clients to meet their individual needs, maintain independence, and ensure comfort and safety in their homes. We value compassion, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifikationen

• A Full Australian Drivers Licence.
• A current Police check.
• A working with children check.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A compassionate and empathetic attitude.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
