Job summary

Woolworths Group is hiring for a Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team Member in the Newcastle–Maitland area. You will help keep stores hygienically clean and ensure trolleys are available for customers, with tasks across floors, walls, bathrooms, trolley bays and staff areas.

Flexibility across Monday to Sunday, shifts from 5am or 6am, and a physically active role. No prior experience required; full training provided. Join a supportive, inclusive team with great discounts and wellbeing programs.

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit to perform cleaning duties and lift up to 10 kg.
• Able to stand for long periods and work across early morning shifts.
• Reliable team member with a positive attitude and good communication.
• Willingness to work across Monday to Sunday, including early morning or late shifts.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors, walls, bathrooms, trolley bays and team areas as directed.
• Collect and return trolleys from car parks and surrounding areas.
• Assist customers with directions and store queries.
• Follow safety and hygiene guidelines during cleaning tasks.
