Job summary

Woolworths Group in Cairns is seeking motivated team members to join Proactive Services, helping to keep our stores clean and trolley bays tidy so customers can shop in a hygienic environment.

You will work on the shop floor, in fridges and freezers, and in carparks, performing cleaning tasks, assisting customers, and supporting colleagues. Full training will be provided to operate a variety of equipment safely.

Qualifications

• An ambitious mindset and a love of retail.
• A passion for people and customer service.
• Physical fitness is essential for this role, involving tasks.
• Flexibility to work across multiple environments including shop floor and carparks.

Responsibilities

• Sweep the shop floor and clean walls, bathrooms, trolley bays and team room.
• Collect trolleys on foot from car parks and surrounding areas.
• Assist customers with questions or directions in store.
• Receive full training on operating equipment and tools to improve safety and efficiency.
