Job summary

Woolworths Group in Queensland is seeking a Proactive Services team member to help keep stores hygienically clean, collect trolleys and assist customers. Full training provided for operating a range of equipment.

The role includes shifts across Monday to Sunday, with potential for growth within a large national retailer committed to inclusivity and teamwork. Ideal candidates value physical work, teamwork and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift 5–10 kg.
• Flexibility to work across early and late shifts (6am or 5pm starts).
• Ability to work across different store areas including shop floor, fridges, freezers and carparks.

Responsibilities

• Sweep shop floor, clean walls, bathrooms, trolley bays and team room; empty bins.
• Collect trolleys from car park and surrounding areas.
• Assist customers in-store with questions and directions.
