Livingstone Christian College on the Gold Coast is seeking a casual cleaner to start as soon as practicable. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and security across school facilities to minimise infection risk and provide a safe environment for students and staff.

The successful candidate will align with the College's Christian ethos, have proven cleaning experience, be able to work in a team, and hold or be eligible for a Queensland Blue Card.

Livingstone Christian College opened its doors in January 2002, starting with a small class of just seven students. Since then, we have grown to a community of over 1250 students from Prep to Year 12 and over 240 staff members, plus an onside Early Learning Centre.

About the Role

Our Cleaners are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene and security of College buildings and facilities to a high standard. As a Cleaner, you play an important part in minimising the risk of infection and disease by ensuring a clean, safe and healthy environment for students, staff and visitors.

About You

• You have personal views and beliefs that align with the Christian ethos of the College and you are able to demonstrate an active faith and church involvement.
• Proven experience in a cleaning role.
• Ability to work well in a team and take direction.
• You hold or are eligible to hold a current Queensland Blue card (Working with Children Check).
