Job summary

HealthShare NSW is seeking a compassionate Hospital Assistant Grade 2 to join our casual pool at Singleton. In this role you will support patient and non‑patient areas by delivering high‑quality cleaning services and adhering to infection control procedures.

You will also undertake waste disposal and infectious cleaning in designated areas to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff. Applicants must have Australian work rights and be able to work casual shifts.

Qualifications

• Australian work rights required.
• Experience in cleaning or hospital sanitation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uphold high cleaning standards in patient and non-patient areas.
• Follow infection control procedures.
• Conduct waste removal and infectious cleaning as directed.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, welcoming hospital environment.

Remuneration: $31.42 per hour plus shift allowances and 12% superannuation
