Job summary

Aus Building & Maintenance in Sydney CBD NSW is seeking reliable cleaners to deliver high-quality cleaning services across residential properties. You will be responsible for maintaining premises to a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.

Key duties include vacuuming, mopping, sanitising bathrooms and kitchens, waste disposal, window cleaning, and reporting maintenance issues. You will work independently or as part of a team while adhering to WHS requirements and delivering

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience, residential preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Reliable, punctual and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties: vacuuming, mopping, sweeping and dusting.
• Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens and communal areas.
• Empty bins and manage waste disposal.
• Clean windows, glass surfaces and fixtures as required.
• Safely operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning products per WHS requirements.
• Identify and report maintenance issues, hazards or damaged equipment.
• Ensure cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Provide professional and courteous service to clients.

About the Role

We are seeking reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented Cleaners to deliver high-quality cleaning services across a range of residential properties.

You will be responsible for ensuring our clients' premises are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation.
