Job summary

Kinetic Group in Townsville (Garbutt) is seeking a Cleaner / Refueller to keep our bus fleet pristine and ready for service. You’ll prepare vehicles for operations, ensure cleanliness, fuel levels and safety equipment are in place, and assist in wash bay and depot duties.

The role demands high attention to detail, weekend availability on a rotating roster, and MR licence is preferred but not essential. Australian work rights are required and training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of cleanliness around the wash bay and refuelling areas, and keep depot offices, yard and driver rooms clean.

• Ensure high standards of bus presentation and assist with general detailing duties.

The opportunity

As a Cleaner / Refueller, you are one of the most important parts of our service experience, having an eye for detail, and a drive for perfection in your work. You are responsible for maintaining high level of cleanlinessof our fleet.

• MR Drivers License or equivalent preferred but not essential
• Preparing our fleet for service in cleanliness, sufficient fuel, equipment (i.e. safety triangles, “sharps” containers, fire extinguisher etc.).
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness around the wash bay and refueling areas, as well as ensuring other areas within the Depot are cleaned (e.g., offices, yard, and driver’s rooms).
• Location: Garbutt
• Must have weekend availability for a rotating roster
• Training:You will be trained to achieve high standards in all parts of your work.
