Job summary

Kinetic is Australia and New Zealand’s leading mass transit bus operator, employing 7300 people and a fleet of over 4900 buses. We seek a Cleaner/Refueller to keep our fleet spotless and ready for service across Marcoola, PM shift with potential weekend work.

You'll learn to uphold high cleanliness standards, handle refuelling duties, and support safety through gear and equipment checks. This role offers training and a stable employer in a busy depot environment.

Qualifications

• High level of cleanliness and presentation of fleet.
• MR or equivalent Driver's License required.
• Location: Marcoola (PM Shift) with weekend potential.
• Night allowance from 1900.
• Training provided to achieve high standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fleet for service with cleanliness, fuel, and safety equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness around wash bay and refuelling areas and depot offices.
• Clean offices, yard and driver rooms.
• Be able to pass pre-employment medical examination.
• Ensure Australian work rights.

The opportunity

As a Cleaner / Refueller, you are one of the most important parts of our service experience, having an eye for detail, and a drive for perfection in your work. You are responsible for maintaining high level of cleanlinessof our fleet.

• MR or equivalent Driver's License required


• Preparing our fleet for service in cleanliness, sufficient fuel, equipment (i.e. safety triangles, \"sharps\" containers, fire extinguisher etc.).


• Maintain a high level of cleanliness around the wash bay and refuelling areas, as well as ensuring other areas within the Depot are cleaned (e.g., offices, yard, and driver’s rooms).


• Location: Marcoola (PM Shift) - Potential for weekend shifts


• Night Allowance from 1900


• Training:You will be trained to achieve high standards in all parts of your work.
