Job summary

City Facilities Management Holdings Ltd on the Gold Coast is seeking a reliable cleaner to cover site tasks including cleaning activity rooms, amenities and shared spaces, with a flexible schedule and part-time loading.

You’ll perform disinfection, dusting, vacuuming, and use of chemicals safely, with OH&S compliance. Valid working rights in Australia, a smartphone for work communication, and a driver’s licence (preferred) are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Valid working rights in Australia.
• Willing to obtain a Working with Children Check.
• A smartphone for work communication.
• Driver’s licence and own car (preferred).
• Previous cleaning experience (preferred, not essential).

• Clean activity rooms, amenities, and shared spaces.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces like handles and switches.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and spot-clean doors and windows.
• Safely use chemicals, equipment, and machinery.
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and kneeling.
• Follow all OH&S policies and procedures.
