Job summary

City Facilities Management Australia is hiring for a part-time Cleaner to service Mackay and North Mackay sites in Queensland, Australia. The role offers reliable hours from Monday to Friday evenings with an hourly rate and part-time loading.

Multiple locations include Mackay Macalister St, Shakespeare St, Bridge Rd, and North Mackay. Successful applicants will have a positive attitude, basic cleaning experience, and be prepared to obtain any required checks.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• Driver’s licence and own car are preferred.
• Willing to obtain a Police Check or Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Clean activity rooms, amenities, and shared spaces
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as handles and switches
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and spot-clean doors and windows
• Safely use chemicals, equipment, and machinery
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and kneeling
• Follow all OH&S policies and procedures
