We are seeking reliable and compassionate Home Support Cleaners to assist clients in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment. This role plays a vital part in supporting older people and individuals living with disability to remain independent within their own homes.

As a Home Support Cleaner, you will provide domestic assistance services while delivering exceptional customer service and promoting client dignity, choice, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform domestic cleaning duties, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and bathroom cleaning.
• Assist with laundry, linen changes, ironing, and general household tasks.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and infection control practices.
• Identify and report hazards, maintenance concerns, incidents, or client wellbeing issues.
• Complete required documentation and service records accurately.
• Travel between client locations as required.
• Deliver services in accordance with organisational policies, procedures, and WHS requirements.

Essential Requirements

• Current Driver Licence.
• Access to a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle.
• Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Working Rights in Australia.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration (or willingness to obtain, if required).
