Jim’s Cleaning St Lucia is looking for reliable cleaners to join our expanding team across Brisbane, Ipswich and Logan. We offer casual, part-time and full-time roles with 25–50 hours per week, paid training, all equipment and uniforms, and ongoing work as a employee with no ABN required.

Pay ranges from $27.08 to $40.00 per hour plus super, with fuel allowance. Flexible hours and regular shifts available to suit your schedule.

What Will You Be Doing?

You’ll work across a variety of cleaning jobs, including:

• Domestic and residential cleaning
• Commercial and office cleaning
• Retail cleaning
• Deep and spring cleaning
• Bond and end-of-lease cleaning

Where possible, there’s flexibility to opt in or out of certain types of cleaning to suit your preferences.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for reliable, punctual people with excellent attention to detail who take pride in their work and consistently deliver a high standard of cleaning.

You’ll need:

• A valid Australian driver’s licence (minimum P1)
• A reliable vehicle — any roadworthy car is fine
• A current police check, or willingness to obtain one
• Availability for at least 2 days per week
• A professional attitude and willingness to learn

Cleaning experience is helpful but not essential. We provide paid training for the right people. What matters most is that you’re dependable, thorough and committed to doing a great job.
