Ida's Cleaning is seeking a reliable Cleaner to join the team on a casual basis in Toowoomba, QLD. You will perform general cleaning across residential and commercial spaces, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

This casual position offers flexible scheduling, training on our standards, and access to quality cleaning equipment. A driver’s licence and own vehicle for travel between client locations are required.

• Cleaning windows, mirrors and glass surfaces
• Using cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Restocking cleaning supplies and reporting low stock
• Following health and safety protocols and PPE
• Maintaining a professional appearance when interacting with clients

Ida's Cleaning is seeking a reliable and dedicated Cleaner to join our team on a casual basis. This is a hands-on role based in Toowoomba, QLD, where you will be responsible for maintaining clean, hygienic, and well-presented environments for our clients. As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients' spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation. This casual position offers flexibility whilst providing meaningful work that directly impacts client satisfaction and our company's reputation.

What you'll be doing

Performing general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of residential and commercial spaces

Sanitising and disinfecting surfaces, bathrooms, and kitchen areas to maintain hygiene standards

Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately

Cleaning windows, mirrors and glass surfaces

Using cleaning equipment and machinery safely and effectively

Restocking cleaning supplies and reporting when supplies are running low

Following health and safety protocols and using appropriate personal protective equipment

Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanour when interacting with clients

Completing cleaning tasks in a timely manner whilst maintaining quality standards

What we're looking for

Previous experience in cleaning, hospitality, or a similar service-based role

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleaning standards

Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to manage a flexible casual schedule

Physical fitness and stamina to perform cleaning duties throughout a shift

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication skills and a friendly, professional manner

Willingness to follow instructions and adapt to different client requirements

Valid driver's licence & own vehicle is a must !! for travel between client locations
