Job summary

Moran Health Care Group is hiring a Cleaner to support our Moran Sylvania home in NSW. The role covers permanent part-time and casual shifts, focusing on high cleanliness, hygiene and safety across the residence to enhance residents' daily life.

The role involves following schedules, maintaining records, replenishing supplies, and meeting Infection Prevention standards, with mentoring and training support within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Teamwork and collaboration with colleagues in a care setting.
• Well-organised with strong planning and time management.
• Current Police Check or willingness to obtain one.
• Knowledge of Infection Prevention and Control is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Clean allocated areas including bedrooms, bathrooms and common spaces.
• Follow cleaning schedules and complete records.
• Replenish supplies and set up cleaning trolleys.
• Meet safety, quality and hygiene standards.

About the opportunity

We are currently seeking a motivated Permanent Part Time & Casual Cleaner to join our Accommodation Services team at our Moran Sylvania home. This role will assist the facility in maintaining the highest possible standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the residence with a strong focus on minimising health risks and maximising safety.

• Permanent Part Time Opportunity - Monday to Friday 07:00am to 15:00pm.
• Casual Opportunity - Available at least 3 weekdays (no weekend shifts available)
