Qualifications

The Role

Millennium offers an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and reliable cleaners to join our team in Perth. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy fast‑paced environments, great attention to detail, and creating clean and welcoming spaces for our clients and customers.

We have multiple full‑time positions available, with shifts across weekends and weekdays. The position will be based on award wages.

Roster

Tuesday to Saturday – Morning until afternoon shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties to a high standard.
• Spot cleaning of furnishings.
• Sweeping and mopping.
• Toilet cleaning.
• Rubbish collection, move heavy bins.
• Cleaning glass, both internal and external.
• Dusting of all hard surfaces.
• Push waste wheelie bins.
• Operate waste compactors.
• Work in dock environments.

About You

• Cleaning experience, and experience in operating waste compactors is an advantage.
• Comfortable moving heavy bins and working in dock environments and confined spaces such as goods lifts.
• Must be fit and strong.
• The job is demanding and challenging, requiring patience and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven experience of working in a team successfully.
• Ability to follow instructions and work autonomously.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Can demonstrate strong reliability and punctuality while at work.
• Good understanding of Work Health and Safety standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours and public holidays when required.
• Experience with floor care equipment such as scrubbers, buffers, or sweepers is a plus.
