Job summary

BaptistCare in Byford, WA is looking for a Residential Housekeeping Partner to create a clean, welcoming environment for residents at Graceford. You will clean resident rooms, refresh communal areas, handle laundry and restock supplies, supporting residents with simple routines that help them feel at home.

This casual role offers shifts from 7am to 1pm or 7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday on a casual roster, with flexible work options and staff benefits.

Qualifications

About The Role

As a Residential Housekeeping Partner, you’ll help create a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment for residents at Graceford. Your day will include cleaning resident rooms, freshening communal areas, completing laundry tasks, restocking supplies and supporting residents with simple household routines that help them feel involved and at home.

You’ll work closely with the care team to maintain safe infection‑control practices, use equipment correctly, and notice when residents may need extra support or attention. This role is hands‑on, practical and meaningful — every task contributes to residents feeling safe, respected and cared for.

Shifts available:

• 7am – 1pm
• 7am – 3pm Monday to Friday (casual roster)

You will have:

• Previous experience with food handling, cleaning and chemical use

• Understanding of Occupational Safety and Health principles
