Job summary

Rivage Royale on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced cleaner to join our small team. The role covers cleaning of all common areas, bathrooms, vacuuming and window cleaning, with a flexible daily schedule and opportunities to assist in other areas as needed.

You will work 18 hours per week, including every 3rd weekend for 3 hours. A current driver’s license and a willingness to provide friendly, customer‑facing service to residents are essential.

We require an experienced cleaner to join our small team.

Rivage Royale is a iconic building on the Gold Coast and our staff take great pride in upholding and maintaining its standards.

This position involves all facets of cleaning following a daily schedule including:

• Cleaning of all common areas within the building
• Cleaning of all bathroom facilities
• Vacuuming all common areas including unit lobbies
• Cleaning of windows

While there is a specific job description for this position, we are a small team and the tasks for all staff can and do vary on a daily basis. The applicant must be proactive and willing to jump in and lend a hand in other areas when required. We also have daily interactions with residents, so a level of personal customer service is also required. A current drivers license is essential as is the ability to move commercial waste bins around the property using the company utility.

The successful applicant will be required to work 18 hours a week and every 3rd weekend for 3 hours a day. This position is permanent part‑time so holiday and sick leave, superannuation, overtimes rates all apply.
