Oxley Atrium is seeking a reliable Cleaner to join our premium retail, dining and lifestyle precinct. The role involves maintaining a clean, welcoming environment across dining and communal areas, with shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from approx. 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

We value initiative, strong attention to detail, and excellent English communication. This casual, ongoing weekly role offers consistent hours within a busy retail setting at Oxley Atrium.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning, hospitality, hotels or shopping centre cleaning preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills required to communicate with customers, tenants and management.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Able to work independently with initiative in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Regularly cleaning and resetting tables in dining and communal areas.
• Maintaining a clean environment during peak trading periods.
• Cleaning and maintaining public bathrooms and shared facilities.
• Emptying bins and managing waste disposal.
• Sweeping, mopping and general cleaning duties as required.
• Monitoring high-traffic areas and addressing spills and rubbish.
• Reporting maintenance issues to management.
• Ensuring the precinct is presented to a high standard.

About the role

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Oxley Atrium. Oxley Atrium is a premium retail, dining and lifestyle destination, and we take pride in maintaining a welcoming, clean and beautifully presented environment for our customers and tenants. We are seeking someone who takes initiative, has excellent attention to detail and can help us maintain the high standards expected throughout the precinct, particularly during our busiest trading periods.

Key responsibilities

• Regularly clearing, cleaning and resetting tables throughout the dining and communal areas
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and welcoming environment during peak trading periods
• Cleaning and maintaining public bathrooms and shared facilities
• Emptying bins and managing waste disposal
• Sweeping, mopping and general cleaning duties as required
• Proactively monitoring high-traffic areas and attending to spills, rubbish and other cleaning requirements
• Reporting maintenance issues or damage to management
• Ensuring the precinct is consistently presented to a high standard

About you
