Job summary

Manpower is currently seeking reliable and motivated cleaners to join a well-established facilities management and maintenance provider based in Laverton.

This ongoing opportunity offers a stable work environment across a large site supporting accommodation, office and shared facility cleaning with a 6:00am–2:00pm Monday–Friday schedule and a $34.35 per hour rate plus superannuation.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning experience.
• Experience in accommodation, healthcare, hospital or facilities cleaning highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning bathrooms, showers, toilets and amenities.
• Vacuuming, mopping and general housekeeping duties.
• Cleaning office spaces and shared facilities.
• Making beds and cleaning accommodation rooms.
• Emptying bins and managing waste collection.
• Restocking cleaning products and consumables.
• Maintaining high cleaning and hygiene standards.
• Working respectfully around staff and site personnel.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work in a stable environment, working across a large site supporting accommodation, office, and shared facility cleaning.

Skills & Experience

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous commercial cleaning experience
• Experience in accommodation, healthcare, hospital or facilities cleaning highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable work history and strong work ethic
• Current Victorian Driver's Licence
• Reliable vehicle and own transport
• Ability to travel between different locations on site
• Current National Police Check (within 30 days) or willingness to obtain one
• Ability to pass all required pre-employment checks
