Heathmont College, part of the Department of Education Victoria, seeks an Education Support class professional to assist in delivering student-focused educational services. The role supports teachers, coordinates routine tasks, and helps ensure wellbeing and safety for students within a structured school environment.

The position operates under supervision with duties that align to school policy, including coordination of support staff and collaboration with teaching teams to implement

• Experience coordinating or supporting a work area under direction.

Responsabilités

• Provides routine support for teachers including assisting with planning of student routines.
• Supports communication between teachers and parents.
• Communicates with teachers on routine matters related to students and/or other responsibilities.
• Provides basic physical care and wellbeing support for students.
• Co-ordination and rostering of the education support staff where required.
