Contract positions for class teachers at St Anne's for 2026.

We are seeking a graduate or early career teacher who is enthusiastic and highly motivated to join our committed staff from Tuesday 27th January, 2025.

This is a contract position for the 2026 school year with the possibility of it becoming on-going. The successful applicant will be working as a classroom teacher in a level team.

Responsibilities
  • have a strong commitment to enhancing Catholic Identity at St Anne's Catholic Primary school
  • be able to work in a collaborative team environment
  • be able to plan and implement highly-structured programmes that are underpinned by the Victorian curriculum and in response MACS initiatives
  • engage in contemporary, evidence-based practices with proven ability to differentiate learning for students
  • have a deep understanding of the social and emotional learning needs of students and proven ability to support students' wellbeing development
  • have experience in establishing and maintaining relationships with students, families and colleagues
  • show a willingness to contribute to the extra-curricula life of the school
  • have an understanding that our school community is committed to the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all students in our care.
Special Requirements
  • accreditation to Teach and Lead Religious Education in a Catholic school (provide proof) or a willingness to undertake studies
  • current Victorian Institute of Teaching Registration (provide proof)
  • include the contact details of three referees
  • include certified copies of all teaching awards
