Platinum People Recruitment Ltd are seeking a Class 1 ADR Driver for a client in Perth, Scotland. The role involves manual tail lift delivery of chemicals, and multi-drop runs of 2–8 deliveries with an early start from 06:00.

The position is Temp to Perm after 12 weeks, offering a daily rate of £154 plus holiday pay, with overtime paid after 50 hours and a permanent salary of £40,000 per year on conversion.

Qualifications

• C+E licence and ADR certification required.
• Digi card and CPC card required.
• Experience with multi-drop delivery of chemicals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manual tail lift delivery of chemicals.

• Multi-drop routes with 2–8 deliveries per shift.
• Start time 06:00, Monday–Friday.

Role of Class 1 ADR Driver

• Manual tail lift delivery of chemicals in packages, drums, palletised
• Delivery of pressure bins that require coupling up to tank at clients premises and discharging (training given)
• Multi drop around 2-8 deliveries
• Monday-Friday 06:00 start time
• Temp to perm position after 12 weeks

Pay of Class 1 ADR Driver

• £154 per day + holiday pay
• Anything over 50 hrs is paid at overtime rate
• Roughly 8 hours a day
• Salary is £40000 p.a once permanent
