Job description

We Don’t Just Review Claims...We Fight for What’s Fair.

At ClaimsCo, we're leading the charge to bring fairness and transparency back to insurance claims. When clients come to us, it's because they've been let down, rejected, underpaid, or flat-out ignored. We step in to challenge that. We advocate. And we win.

We're looking for a Senior Claims Adjuster to join our internal technical & advocacy team, someone who’s experienced, switched on, and ready to help us tackle complex property and construction claims with precision and purpose. If you’re analytical, values-driven, and ready for more than just a box-ticking role, this one’s for you.

Responsibilities

Review & Validate

  • Review Scopes of Work, engineering and specialist reports
  • Cross-check documentation against policy entitlements and the PDS
  • Spot errors, exclusions, or under-assessments and flag what doesn’t stack up

Guide the Strategy

  • Provide technical recommendations for internal advocates and legal teams
  • Help build strong, well-supported dispute submissions for Insurers & Dispute Bodies
  • Offer insight and direction to ensure the best outcome for our clients

Collaborate with Experts

  • Work with our Claims Advocates, legal advisors and building experts
  • From time to time, re-assess claims files or conduct your own investigations

Keep It Compliant

  • Ensure all advice aligns with policy wording, regulatory standards and ethical practices
About You

You have at least 2 years’ experience in Property, Construction or Commercial Claims, ideally in assessing, advocacy, or loss adjusting. You’re confident interpreting policy documents and scopes, with a sharp eye for spotting exclusions, inconsistencies or technical errors. You’re skilled at providing clear, evidence-based recommendations and know how to back your judgment with solid rationale. You’re a strong communicator, able to turn complex technical findings into simple, actionable advice for both clients and colleagues. You’re comfortable writing everything from formal letters to internal emails and technical assessments. You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and motivated by doing the right thing for people who’ve been let down by the system.
