Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate III Civil Construction (or equivalent) or relevant and demonstrable work skills.
• Detailed knowledge in the operation of road and/or concreting plant, equipment and operations.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate plant, labour and materials for road construction and/or concreting works, with consideration to OHS requirements.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate small teams.
• Highly effective administration, communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to undertake a pre-employment medical, Working with Children Check and police check.
