Job summary

The Department of Transport and Planning in Bendigo is seeking a Scoping and Development Officer to coordinate road construction design on the DTP network. You will collaborate with external consultants and senior engineers to ensure designs meet engineering standards and best practice.

You will develop compliant, feasible and costed designs, manage project documentation, and support a safe, inclusive and flexible team environment, reporting to a Senior Engineer for mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering (desirable).
• Licensure without restriction required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the design of upcoming road construction projects on the DTP network.
• Engage external consultants and work with senior engineers to satisfy standards.
• Develop compliant, feasible and costed designs and manage project documents.
