Job summary

Regional Earth & Civil P/L in Cobram/Barooga is seeking an experienced Civil Project Supervisor/Site Engineer to oversee the delivery of civil construction and irrigation projects, ensuring safety, timeliness and budget compliance. The role requires strong IT skills and a proactive approach.

You will manage day-to-day site activities, coordinate subcontractors, develop project plans and budgets, and mentor the construction team, with travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Superintendent or Site Engineer in civil construction and irrigation.
• Strong working knowledge of construction methodologies, contract administration, and project management principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and hold a valid driver's licence.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Supervisor/Site Engineer to join our dynamic team at Regional Earth & Civil P/L located in Cobram/Barooga. This role will oversee the delivery of complex civil construction and irrigation projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time and within budget. Applicant must have competent computer skills including outlook, excel and word and be willing to up skill with internal I.T. program, comply with ISO accredited management system and legislation. Applicant must present well, be adaptable to fast-paced project and ever changing conditions. You will play a crucial part in the strategic growth of our business and projects.

What you'll be doing

Manage the day-to-day activities of construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, monitoring progress and quality, and troubleshooting issues

What we're looking for

Present well, in a clean and tidy manner, a can do attuite, have a safe approach to all tasks and conduct yourself in a professional manner.
