AWX is seeking experienced Construction Labourers and Bridge Inspectors to join the Nerang-based structures team servicing bridge and road infrastructure on the Gold Coast. The role primarily involves night shifts and requires comfort working at heights in a demanding outdoor environment. Multiple positions are available for an approx.

12-month contract with potential penalties and construction allowances. AWX offers dedicated account management and ongoing infrastructure team work with PPE

Qualifications

• White Card required.
• HR Truck Licence required.
• EWP Licence required.
• Current Driver's Licence required.
• Experience in bridge inspection/structures highly regarded.
• Previous construction or civil experience preferred.
• Comfortable with night shifts.
• Physically fit for outdoor/demanding environments.
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.

Responsabilités

About The Role:

AWX is seeking experienced Construction Labourers / Bridge Inspectors to join a structures team based in Nerang and surrounding Gold Coast areas. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work for approximately 12 months, working as part of a team inspecting and servicing bridge and road infrastructure. The role will involve working predominantly night shifts and requires candidates who are comfortable working at heights and in a physically demanding construction environment.

Key Duties:

• Assist with bridge inspections and structures servicing
• General construction labouring duties
• Working at heights and from elevated platforms
• Assisting with maintenance and inspection activities
• Manual handling and physical labour
• Working safely around road and bridge infrastructure
• Operating an EWP where required

Key Requirements:

• White Card - Essential
• HR Truck Licence - Essential
• Current Driver's Licence
• EWP Licence - Essential
• Previous construction or civil experience
• Bridge inspection/structures experience highly regarded
• Comfortable working night shifts
• Physically fit and able to work in a demanding outdoor environment
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening

Employment Conditions :
