Job summary

PlantPro Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated civil labourer to assist across varied earthworks and site preparation in Perth. You will help operators with excavations, backfilling and site clean-ups, support deliveries and collections, and contribute to yard maintenance.

The role offers practical hands-on experience, with potential progression into plant operation and more responsible duties as the business grows. White Card is essential for this position.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with civil, earthworks and site preparation works across Perth.
• Support machine operators with excavation, backfilling, compaction, trenching and site clean-ups.
• Assist with loading/unloading of plant and equipment.
• Complete plant deliveries and collections as required.
• Operate smaller plant and equipment where trained and competent.
• Carry out daily equipment inspections, cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, safe and professional work environment.
• Deal professionally with customers, builders and contractors during deliveries and on-site works.
