Job summary

Northern Workforce Solutions is recruiting reliable Civil Labourers for a long-term project in Weipa, Queensland. You’ll work a 12-hour day on a 2:1 remote roster, with camp accommodation and meals provided.

This role offers steady, well-paid work in a remote environment with ongoing opportunities. Responsibilities include assisting tradespeople and machine operators with civil construction tasks, operating hand tools and small plant as required, and maintaining a clean, safe worksite in line

Qualifications

• White Card mandatory (or willingness to obtain one)
• RIIRIS301E (Apply Risk Management Processes) – training provided if not held
• Ability to pass an MMQ pre-employment medical
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 2:1 remote roster
• Physical fitness and ability to work in outdoor, remote conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude

About you

Previous experience in civil construction or labouring (preferred but not essential)

White Card mandatory (or willingness to obtain one)
