Job summary

2065 St Leonards Commercial & Infrastructure Pty is seeking Consultants (Quantity Surveyors/Estimators) to provide cost advisory services for Australia's innovative infrastructure projects. Roles available in Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide with progression opportunities.

You will interpret drawings, produce BOQs, and develop cashflows using first principles. Senior staff will lead teams and liaise with clients while maintaining QA/QC standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience with a major Australian contractor or cost consultant firm.
• Detailed knowledge of BOQ structures and cost estimation principles.
• Ability to interpret infrastructure drawings and quantities from drawings.
• Ability to estimate costs of material, labour, plant and sub-contractor components.

Responsibilities

• Interpret infrastructure designs and quantify designs to produce BOQs.
• Produce cashflows, escalation analysis and procurement analysis.
• Coordinate projects and align estimated scope with proposals.
• Liaise with external consultants to enable collaboration.
• Supervise deliverables and support junior team members.
